Official Invitation Letter

All registered persons whose payment has been received by the ICASSP 2013 office can request an official invitation letter that confirms registration. If you have already registered, you may request this letter at this link. If you require a hardcopy invitation letter sent to you by mail, please note that during online registration you should check the box to request an express-mailed hardcopy invitation letter. There is a fee of US$30 for this option, which covers the express-mail postage. Note that there is no fee for the emailed version of the official invitation letter.

Visa Information

Residents of some countries will require a valid Visa before they may enter Canada. Please check this list to determine if you will need to apply for a Visa to enter Canada.
